We Are Now in Italy! Pisa and Montecatini

We had to bid "adieu" to France and drive to Italy today. Our first stop was Pisa. I knew about the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa but the cathedral and bell tower are equally as impressive. After seeing the sites we stopped for some lunch and then returned to the bus so we could drive to the charming spa town of Montecatini. Most of the kids went swimming in a nearby pool while others relaxed before we had a beautiful dinner in the hotel. Even though this is a little town, it was so full of charm we all agreed we could have spent another day here to do some more exploring.
